I gave these as Christmas gifts, and they were well appreciated by the recipients who tell me they are great. One went to a little old lady who needed it for extra neck support while reading, and the other to a person with carpal tunnel, who uses it for wrist support while driving.
If you want to use these, it takes about a week for them to fully return to the original shape, as they are flattened, rolled and put in boxes for packaging and shipping. Yes, they have a memory, but it is pretty much punched out of them for packaging! Good thing I wanted to give them separately or they would have been useless to the people for quite a while until they resumed pre-pack shape.
Cover is removable for washing, and the zipper is unobtrusive.

Too bad I can’t give them a O star.Worthless,lumpy pillows stuffed with scraps of memory foam.I put them in the trash the next day.I would equate these pillows with the quality of Styrofoam packing peanuts but more expensive!
